Salsa

Although the creation of Salsa music has been claimed by Cuba, Puerto Rico, Columbia and Ecuador, it is generally agreed upon that Salsa dance originated in the suburbs of New York. While variations of the dance have since evolved in Latin-American countries, New York Salsa remains by far the most popular. Salsa features sharp, quick, and steamy moves which are nothing short of spectacular. As most steps take up very little space, Salsa is commonly danced in Latino nightclubs world-wide.
